Upwards and Onwards with 2018: A Crit. Hit Update

2017 has come and gone with its plethora of positives and negatives. And while 2018 has much to discuss over the horizon, there's still some unfinished business to be settled with the year just passed.

As such, here are some things that you can expect from Crit.Hit in the next 2 months.
January

17 & 19: We can't naturally move on to the new year without paying dues to the film's that made last year just a little bit more palatable. Expect the Crit. Hit's Best Films of 2017, very soon.

22: Universal Monstrosities gets in gear with a look at the franchises that haven't yet gone off the rails chasing that Marvel money.

24: Younger and Wiser kicks things off studying the ill-fated "Divergent Series: Allegiant" and how it went from defying expectations of reception to become YA's highest profile failure of recent history.

29: Happily Never After starts to get a little more modern with a look at the direct to video sequel to "Atlantis: The Lost Empire."

February

Crapshoot 2018: We of course can't take a look back at the very best without drinking in some of the absolute worst. So enjoy a heaping helping of 2017's worst all month.

And while the first quarter of the year is traditionally slow, we all know that a certain ground breaking superhero movie demands attention that it must receive so look forward to a review of "Black Panther," on the Friday of release.
